Mama’s Little Loves offers virtual sleep training for families anywhere, as well as in-person postpartum support and newborn care services for families in Arlington, VA and surrounding areas. Virtual sleep training consists of personalized one-on-one support to help exhausted parents support their babies, toddlers, & preschoolers learn how to fall asleep independently. For in-person support, our Care Team consists of Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Registered Nurses. We are CPR/First Aid certified, insured, and have received evidence-based training. We are available for short-term or long-term support depending on your family’s needs.

Let our Care Team members care for your baby while you get the much-needed rest you need and deserve! We offer 6-12 hour shifts depending on your family’s needs. We keep a baby care log for you during our shift to record baby’s feeds, diapers, sleep patterns, and any other relevant information. Is your baby having issues with reflux? Need to be held upright after feeds? Colic? No problem! Let us take care of your little love while you rest! Starting at $38/hr |
