Bring your baby and join Mindfulnest as we bond & practice a balance of playful yoga and calming relaxation techniques, all while enjoying a circle of other moms. We'll incorporate your sweet babes into as many poses as we can! Fussy and crying babies encouraged, and don't worry if you need to feed them or take a break at any time.

Bring a loved one and join Mindfulnest as we practice yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. We will not only stretch our muscles, but also our hearts and minds through a balance of playful yoga and calming relaxation techniques, all while enjoying the fresh air and beauty that surrounds us. We'll learn new poses in a creative and engaging way, dance a little, explore some books, learn new ideas, explore some crafts, go through obstacle courses, be silly, and more. Let's play!
