Imagine starting your day fully supported by a doula. We arrive early to assist with the first morning feed. Then your doula will care for Baby, tidy up the house, and prepare breakfast. Once you start your day, your doula will be there to discuss your questions and concerns.

Imagine getting a full day of rest as a new parent. Sleep deprivation is one of the main struggles for new parents. Lack of quality sleep negatively impacts our ability to function throughout the day.

What you can expect from your doula:

• Meal preparation to ensure you stay hydrated and nourished throughout the day
• Care for Baby while you practice self-care
• Assistance with feeding throughout the day

Postpartum doula support services can last anywhere from a few visits to more than three months. We'll develop a customized plan for you.

*Support can be purchased by the hour with a minimum of six hours per weekend day. Packages are available by request.

Babies need sleep. Sleep is a learned behavior. We can set the foundation for healthy sleep routines and expectations throughout the first few months. At three months, we can begin teaching babies how to sleep and fall back to sleep independently. Progress can be expected within the first week of consistently carrying out the plan
