SATURDAY, JANUARY 20TH: Parent & Me Yoga cohosted with Mindfulnest Yoga and Goddard Falls Church

WHAT: Join Mindfulnest as we reach for the sky, touch our toes, and learn poses in a way that is engaging and fun. Prepare for playful movin’ and groovin’ as well as relaxation techniques that will help us feel calm and centered at the end of class. Through stillness and movement, we'll work on building those social-emotional skills that help us navigate the ups and downs of daily life. Namaste!
